Opened a trading account with trade freedom, traded successfully for several months with no problems, then had a few days where trading platform went down, along with my trades…….spent 1 1/2 hrs each day on “hold” just “waiting” for customer/tech support. Cancelled my account the next day……it’s been 5 weeks and I’m still waiting to receive my funds vis electronic transfer. (I’ve contacted them on numerous occasions).
