OptionVue 5 is absolutely AWESOME (although it will necessitate a larger monitor!) Very impressive. It made me miss dinner. I especially like his dedication page in the user’s guide — it’s nice to see a fellow believer doing well and placing the credit where it should go.

This is an excellent software package. If you’re new to learning to trade it is a “must have” as you can back test your trading strategy to see how well it works. You will also learn what your option strategy’s PNL swingers are, so when trading a real position you should know what to expect. This is invaluable and makes the software the best learning tool out there.

If you know how to trade options, this program will be your best ally. As a professional trader, I find OptionVue hands-down the best and most user-friendly program I have used. It makes trading options almost easy compared to any other software. I can’t begin to tell you how I feel about my experience with the program versus the others I’ve tried. The customer service compared to your competitors is tremendous. With them I spent literally hours on hold trying to get something accomplished. After working with some of the most sophisticated trading systems in the Industry, I can’t begin to tell you how great I think your program is. Options have an uncanny predictive value, and we have found your OpScan service to be invaluable. Just this last week A company called Entrust Technologies showed up on three of the built-in OpScan formulas (unusual call activity, Historically high and low volatility, and Overvalued options based on recent implied volatility). After a few calls around, I couldn’t find anyone who would admit to doing anything in this stock. We loaded up on the calls and the stock jumped from 38 to 68 ½ in the next week. The only reason we did this trade was because of OpScan. It is like taking candy from a baby. It is so easy I don’t see how you can’t make money.

The software is well-written, easy to use and powerful. I have a lot of experience with software and this is in a class by itself. Not only is Other software not as automatic and labor saving, the accuracy of modeling is as good as any professional level software you can find for five times the price. This is a very manageable program to use on a daily basis. It not only tells you what to trade and when, but finds the best adjustments to existing trades. I know that most of the online brokers, especially option specialist brokers, give you a lot of options-specific data free now. But it is not as accurate, and always remember that options are a zero sum game. For every winner there is a loser on the other side. I love trading against those that use bokerage tools that are “good enough”. They are the ones that pay for the cost of my software and data services every year (plus)! One extra feature you should definitely consider purchasing is the BackTrader module. It allows you to go back in time and view past quotes or to backtest strateigy campaigns using real historical options prices. To make it even better, the BackTrader is a one-time purchase, and then you get all the data free!

Great tool for determining the best positions to take on equities you are interested in. The product is easy to use, and Option Vue has great technical support!

The ability to apply technical indicators and browse matrix, price & volatility charts from within TradeFinder is greatly appreciated. It makes my life so much easier!
