Dear Fellow Trader,
Wow what a crazy last hour in the market on Wednesday! The Dow Jones rallied almost 150 points and it only took one hour.
This is simply the volatility that I was talking about. Listen folks we are not going to see the volatility slow down any time soon. I know some traders want it a little quieter around here, but not me.
I like it when it rock and rolls. To me that is where the best trading opportunities are. The busier it is the more chances you have to make money. But remember it also means the risk is ramped way up.
All traders have to remember that when we get wild action, the risk is huge. That's why I teach all my students to do the same thing: Minimize their risk at all times!!! That's what I teach my students every day.
