El Dorado

anybody ever heard of El Dorado trading? If so, what's the word and how do they treat employees?

Last November I made it to the second interview at Eldorado(Chicago company). From what I remember there were probably 20+ traders there. Office was next to the Sears tower. Seemed like a fairly young set of traders (24-30). Im guessing the partners (which you interview with) are in their 30s.

I remember that they have a training/education program that lasts a few months and then if you pass a test you trade.
One thing that I liked was that you trade their money and split profits(there is more to the split but I dont recall the details).

I dont recall much more. The only negative thing I can think of is that they didnt hire me :D
