Several months ago, Kenison Counting Numbers projected a very important future timing event where most markets worldwide would reverse direction in close time proximity. That projection pinpointed a three month reversal zone centered on the month of June 2007. Consequently, we expect to see dramatic market turnarounds in the May through July 2007 time period.
From a fundamental perspective, there are three converging factors that could shock the markets into a literal meltdown. First, there is the threat of inflation surging as numerous commodity markets bottom or complete bullish reaction waves and accelerate sharply to the upside once again. Markets experiencing bearish reaction wave tops or outright topping would include U. S. Bonds, Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, NASDAQ 100, CAC 40, DAX, Copper and the Canadian Dollar.
Markets experiencing bullish reaction wave bottoms or outright bottoms would include Crude Oil, Gold, Corn, Coffee, Cotton, Sugar and the Japanese Yen.
For each individual market, the precise reversal timing will be critical. One after another, we will apply the counting numbers sequence to weekly, daily and 60 minute charts to determine the three week, three day and three hour reversal zones contained within the three month reversal zone already projected.
