Not sure if this new futures product will be a common place for traders or not. I know this is meant to be a hedging vehicles for real estate developers as well as speculators. But I would like to get some feedback on my belief that once this is a mainstream futures traded with high volume, will the real estate market itself become volatility reflecting the product itself? I can't help but think it was the similar ways when options market brought in more volatility into the general market. Just an observation.
