Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is preferred. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills. An interest in financial markets.
Tasks
As a member of the Optiver team, your role will be to price and trade financial options, build and maintain positions in derivatives and equities, and improve models, risk management and trading methods. We also demand a constant search for knowledge and new theories.

Optiver is highly team-oriented. We find it very important to maintain the right balance within our teams of market makers around the world. We always try to create teams made up of people drawn from different international backgrounds and nationalities, in order to add value to the team.
