Crossover

A point on a chart where two lines intersect. Crossovers are interpreted by technical analysts as buy or sell signals. Moving Averages and Bollinger Bands are examples of indicators that create crossovers. Oscillators such as MACD and Chaikin Money Flow create centerline crossovers.
